Include the page URL, the detail that appears incorrect, and any relevant merchant terms or source link. If a coupon does not work, describe the restriction or checkout message without sending private account or payment information.
Business and affiliate enquiries
Use the same business email for partnership proposals, affiliate-programme enquiries and permissions requests. Please identify your organisation and the purpose of your message. Sending a proposal does not create a partnership or guarantee coverage.
Privacy or content-rights concerns
For a privacy request, describe the information or correspondence involved and what you would like us to do. For an intellectual-property concern, identify the affected page and explain the rights involved. We may need additional information to verify and address a request. See our Privacy Policy.
Orders, returns and payments
MarketRefer does not sell products or receive merchant payments. Contact the seller shown on your order confirmation for delivery, cancellation, warranty or refund support. We cannot log into your account or change an order.
Do not email passwords, OTPs, full card numbers or identity documents unless a specific, necessary verification process has been agreed. We do not currently provide phone support, public comments or a contact form.
